This is a 3 months Contract with a possibility of becoming permanent

Responsibilities include the following:

Managing a busy butchery

Handling all aspects of a quality butchery including planning, staffing, stock and price controls

Marketing of the division and arrange specials


Qualifications and Experience

Must have at least 3 years exp as Butchery Manager

Must have Matric

SAP knowledge an Advantage

Must be a qualified Block-man - Advantage
