Critical performance areas:
? Responsible for the Strategic management and overall maintenance of the Centre
? Professional liaison with all stakeholders
? Maintain good relationships with Aanhou-Wen’s members
? Marketing, networking and fundraising
? Personnel management
? Reporting to the Board of Trustees.

The ideal candidate has the following attributes: ? Relevant tertiary qualification in Humanities ? Knowledge and experience in working with disabled people ? Appropriate professional experience (minimum 8 years) in a management position, preferable within the NPO environment ? Strong financial planning, budgeting and fundraising skills.
