CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Eng Civil, B Tech or NDip Civil) enhanced by at least five years' experience in the running, construction and management of canal water distribution
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent proven human management skills
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Knowledge of legislation

Responsibilities:
- Effective overall management of the water user association through the administering of all relevant legal aspects as well as the constitution and business plan association
- Management of water supply and distribution
- Management of all physical and financial resources
- Human resource management
- Promotion of relationships

On offer is a remuneration package commensurate with the remuneration level of deputy director in the public sector.
