? BSc Mining Engineering Degree
? Postgraduate qualification in business management required
? Government Certificate of Competence for Metalliferous mines
? Registered with Engineering Council or equivalent
? Mechanised Mining Production Experience
? Minimum 15 years relevant experience (of which 8 years should have been in a senior management position)
? Firm knowledge of relevant legislation
? Computer literate
? Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
? Fitness for Duty Certificate will be required
? Code 8 Driver’s License
