An excellent opportunity to work as an Assistant providing Executive support to John Crane Management and commercial support to sales and branch managers. This role will involve supporting the leadership team with all the day to day activities of running the business including Sales and Order tracking, management of agency agreements, running daily reports on SAP and diary management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• General PA duties to Directors- including attending queries, taking minutes, and giving support to Executive Management.
• Updating daily order / Sales charts.
• Update contracts and manage lease agreements.
• Running BW reports on SAP
• Run Stock Transfer reports
• Analyze Market trends and report to Branch Managers.
• Manage quarterly Branch review meetings.
• Manage company product literature and support branch and sales managers on their marketing requirements.
• Load Sales Revenue purchases on SAP.
• Compile Weekly Orders and Sales Targets.
• Manage / control and obtain approval on all stock requests.
• Assist in compiling estimate reports, as well as MM reports.
• Manage Distributor and Agents agreements.
• Arrange products launches, coordinate exhibitions, golfdays etc.
• Coordinate company events such Annual Financial Year End event and Sales conferences.
• Manage Meeting for CBDT and control
• Manage logistics for all customer and overseas visitors.
• Update monthly KPI’s.
• Conduct Marketing studies by branch, sector, or country.
• Branch Managers co-ordinator.
• Develop Customer Data base.
• Advertising and PR functions.
• Attending to customers queries on the website.
• Monitor and report on all loss making orders.
• Monitor and control Consignment stock.
• Manage Consignment stock on SAP.
• Prepare the MEA newsletter.
• Work closely with sales and country managers on forecasts, budgets, Goodnews stories.
• Arrange product samples for exhibitions and training seminars
• Prepare training material for internal training.
• Manage credit application and vendor applications.
• Prepare presentations for the Managing Director for Tenders, bids, monthly reports and service agreements.
• Prepare monthly SAP control reports for the Finance Director and ensure that the reporting in aligned to Group requirements.
• Building stakeholders impact with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate travel arrangements- flight, accommodation, car hire bookings, visa applications and High risk travel applications.
• Updating of Travellers’ profiles on the Global Website.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years experience of providing Executive Management Support
• Strong commercial understanding the Manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication in English (speaking and writing)
• Further tertiary qualification (or studying towards a tertiary education, such as a diploma)
• Computer Literacy – SAP experience will be beneficial
• Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
