Main Functions:
• To Manage and Control the High value Commodities and Contracts to ensure the most effective Commercial value
• Reduction in Total Cost of Ownership of Local Raw Materials
• Do TCO analysis for main commodities - manage and control TCO outcome
• TCO engagement with end-user and Production output
• Local supply plans taking into account business process demands, supply trends and availability of logistics
• Control and monitor process inputs and ensure available support for maximum efficiency
• Strategize and enrol Commodity Management’s best practices
• Identification of new and alternative local raw materials resources and development opportunities
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the companies vision and strategy for Commodity Management)
• Negotiation and management of Procurement contracts and Requests for Quotations
• Establishment of effective contracts for HFC
• Decide on the most value adding opportunities for contracting
• Control the Commodity processes, Vendor performance, expediting of outstanding orders to ensure on time delivery
• Contribution in developing a strategic vision for Commodity Management
• Ensure 5 year plan for strategic commodities
• Do research across borders

Requirements:
• Minimum-Relevant Degree/National diploma
• 5 years sourcing and operational experience in the related field
• Experience in working with approved vendors, conducting audits, negotiating contracts and conducting financial analysis
• Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Syspro system
