Order quality corrections and root cause
Handle Product allocation
Ensure order size optimization
Handle emergency orders and emergency alternate procedure
Participate in credit control communication
Follow-up on delivery incidents with Physical Distribution
Handle returns and refusals
Issue reports and follow-up on results
Inform customer/CBD of reported shortages
Assign correct reason codes for root cause analysis on all Key Performance Indicators
Be the expert in the customer(s) order pattern

Qualifications:
Only National Higher Certificate, National Diploma or Matric plus 5 years working experience will be considered
Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
Good command of the English & local language
0-3 years working experience.
