Qualifications and Experience
• A National Diploma in IT/and or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 4 years in systems development.
• A sound financial background.
• Strong analytical skills preferably using PL/SQL or similar query language
• Preference will be given to the candidates with Oracle forms, Reports and PL/SQL experience

Key Accountabilities
• Understanding of system functionality at the application level
• Ability to understand and interpret technical system specifications
• Ability to develop and implement systems
• Ability to produce technical specs for the programs
• Ability to do conceptual system design and compile suitable design documents
• Ability to do Database design (logical and Physical models)
• Creates logical and innovative solutions to complex requirements.
• Understanding of working as part of a project team
• Provide technical estimates to project manager
• Review technical deliverables in order to ensure that what has been built meets user expectation
• Ability to train users
• May be required to manage quality assurance, system & user acceptance testing
• May be required to implement systems
• Is a self starter who requires minimal supervision, and takes high ownership of work assigned
• Must be able to Travel (national/international)
