Our Client is a Maintenance Technical Support Company in the Northern Suburbs looking for an Asset Care Administrator. THIS POSITION IS FOR A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY ONLY

The main purpose of an Administrator is to obtain order numbers from our clients for new work to be performed as identified during site inspections.

Min Requirements
• Matric or equivalent
• Administration Qualification An Advantage
• 1-3 Years’ experience – Administrative / Office Administrator
• Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Office, Outlook and Emails – Computer Literate

Job description for Office Administrator (This is Monday to Friday)
• To obtain order numbers from our clients for new work to be performed as identified during site inspections
• Follow up with order numbers and invoices
• Send and Receive of Invoices
• Follow up with contractors regarding open overdue word orders
• General Office Administration
