Duties & Responsibilities:
Management of a driver, an assistant and courier companies to ensure delivery of orders to a nationwide customer base.
Ensuring that orders are processed correctly and grouped by customer ; co-ordinating different completion dates to same day delivery.
Directing orders for in store collections into the correct customer groups, product groups and packing the collections area.
Dealing with uncollected work and co-ordinating with the call-center for collections or delivery thereof.
Ability to work at fast pace with high volumes.
Communicating effectively and professionally between production and the sales staff.
Maintaining a strong knowledge of company processes – understanding the delivery workflows, dispatch protocols, ordering and tracking softwares, company promotions, etc.
Reporting to management on a weekly basis.
The post is based in Pretoria and the hours are from 8:00 to 17:00 or 9:00 to 18:00 and 8:00 to 14:00 every second Saturday.

Qualifications:
Minimum: 5 years dispatch experience, 3 years management experience.
Additional: Knowledge of IT, printing or photographic processes.
