Purpose of Job: The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading and managing all E-Commerce platforms for the Company.
Criteria:
-Bachelor Degree/Diploma Marketing
-5-6 Years' experience in digital and or home retail marketing space
-Certified in Google AdWords
-Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Knowledge and Experience of:
-Retail E-Commerce experience is a MUST
-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Experience managing PPC and paid search campaigns
-Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practise
-Experience in E-Commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media
-Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
-Explorer skills, knowledge of internet search engines
Key Tasks and Reponsibilities:
-Build, grow and optimise online marketing programs and platforms in order to acquire new customers, increase retention and drive profitable sales.
-Increase engagement across all digital platforms
Responsibilities:
-Development, execution and management of all digital marketing campaigns
-Management of all brand websites and updating of all website content
-Utilise a range of techniques for digital marketing campaigns including the following: Paid search, SEO and PPC
-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI's)
-Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
-Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
-Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-toend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
-Oversee the social media strategy for all brands within the group (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc.)
-Responsible for the planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities
-Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
