Educational Requirements:
•Post Grade 12 qualification in Business or similar qualification

Job Requirements:

•Product knowledge (SPECIFICALLY TRUCK - TYRES) - products, application, performance, product conditions and specifications.
•Proven knowledge of the following technical aspects:Tyre management systems, care and maintenance of tyres, tyre conditions.
•Understanding of marketing principles/Management techniques.
•Some knowledge of Key Account Management principles.
•Computer literacy to an intermediate level.


Job Description:

Market Strategy:

•Contribute to the business strategy development of the CVT division.
•Implement CVT strategy
•Keep abreast of the market developments and trends, feedback to PLT & CVT divisions.

Budget/Forecast:

•Manage annual sales & expense budgets in line with targets to optimize sales.
•Monitor and measure performance against forecast/budget.

Customer/Staff relations:

•Monitor and analyze our performance against opposition
•Attended to technical queries, and recommend solutions

Reporting:

•Consolidate reports for sales, profitability, SOB, SOM, KAM customer profile
•Measures performance against Key performance indicators
•Prepare and consolidated reports for CVT division

Key Account Management:

•Maintain and build relationships with Key Customers
•Measure performance against standards.
•Monitor to identify new trends and developments, so that prompt action can be taken to align market or avert problem areas.

Salary:

Basic salary of R20 000.00 - R25 000.00 per month,
