ELECTRICAL SWITCHBOARD DESIGNER

The ideal candidate will need to meet the following minimum criteria:

• Electrical qualification (minimum N4) with working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3 years relevant experience within a low-voltage,
electrical environment
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans in order to effectively communicate with clients
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel (Intermediate level)
• Be an analytical and logical thinker, being able to think 3-dimentional and giving attention to detail
• Code 08 drivers licence (own transport will be an advantage)

The following tasks and responsibilities will need to be performed efficiently by the successful candidate:

• The design of electrical assemblies
• Accurate costing and quotation of the electrical assemblies with the assistance of specialized software
• Liaising with clients relating their design and quotation
