My client, a leader in their industry, is currently looking for the expertise of an Employee Relations (ER) Manager.

Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
HR Management Diploma / Degree
SAP (HCM System)
Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 3-5 Employee / Industrial Relations experience
Minimum of 2-3 years at a managerial level
Experience in coordinating discipline and grievance processes
Experience in recruitment and selection processes
Experience in change management or organizational transformation
Solid understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
