Title: Ethics Manager
Business Unit: Forensic Fraud Risk Management
Reporting to: Director

Position
The successful candidate will be a manager in the ethics consulting environment.

Key job duties or responsibilities:
• Performance of ethics training and awareness presentations.
• Develop ethics strategies and action plans for clients.
• Performance of ethical risk assessments, including qualitative and quantitative research (e.g. employee surveys, focus groups, and face-to-face interviews)
• Interpretation of data, coordination of findings and presentation of results to clients.
• Conduct ethics benchmarking exercise for clients.
• Drive thought leadership and identify new opportunities in the ethics environment

Critical Technical Skills or competencies

• Passion for Ethics in a corporate environment
• Confident in presenting reports / findings to clients
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Skilled in social scientific research
• Comfortable in dealing with senior client staff
• Good business sense, ability to convert ideas in viable business
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Own Transport

Qualifications and experience
Qualifications may include, inter alia, the following areas;
• Industrial Psychology, Law, Applied Ethics, Social Science
• Experienced trainer and facilitator
• Experience in ethics and corporate governance
• 4 – 6 years’ experience in Ethics Consulting
