Our company is currently looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to provide professional support to the two of our Executives. The role entails providing co-ordination and administrative support associated with the functions of these Executives in terms of typing, distribution and filling of all material pertaining to the business, minute taking, board meeting preparation and events planning for some of the company functions.

Responsibilities:
• Diary Management
• Travel arrangements for Executives
• Board meetings management-Liaising with company secretary
a. Coordinating with board members to ensure that admin is done. This includes board & committee meeting dates, packs, declarations, flights, payments, etc
b. Coordination building the board packs
c. Be in charge of board events.
• Exco meetings
a. Plan
b. Agenda
c. Minutes
d. Follow-up actions
e. Plan workshops
• Plan and organise investor events (twice a year) and AGM
• Coordinate the production if the integrated report
• Plan and produce the end-to-end road trip.
• Be the custodian of the brand and writing standards in the company
• Be the custodian of the company rituals and events.

Requirements:

? Matric or N3 level academic qualification
? Suitable post-Matric Secretarial or Office Administration qualification
? At least 5 years’ experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant to a Senior/Top Management position
? Advanced computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
? Excellent typing skills with typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
? Oral and written communication skills, with an excellent command of the English language.
