The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the management of the commercial property portfolio.

Requirements:
• Relevant qualification preferred
• 5 years’ experience as facilities coordinator / 7 years’ relevant experience in building maintenance or as a skilled artisan in a building trade
• Experience supervising contractors to implement major capital projects
• Experience in developing and implementing risk management programs and strategies
• Demonstrated knowledge/ability in a wide range of maintenance skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, building
• Sound understanding of contracts and contract management
• Working knowledge of building and facilities management
• Valid driver's license
