Cape Town Surrounds, Western Cape. Salary up to R34 000 + Benefits depending on experience and Qualification. Established Organisation is looking to employ a Facilitator who will be responsible for learning and development coordination, implementing of annual workplace skills plan, budgeting, etc.

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - Diploma in HR / Adult Education will be highly advantageous
Must be registered with SANC - Professional Nurse
Must have at least 2 years experience working as a Nurse coupled with learning and development/training experience
Must have experience in facilitating learning interventions
Experience in Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) will be highly advantageous
