We are looking for an energetic candidate to manage our Pretoria Factory/Branch.

Qualities that we are looking for include:

5+ years of management experience a must.

The job will include but not be limited to:

1.General management.

- Manage all performance against agreed targets, budgets and within policies.
- Expense management and control.
- Ensure cleaning of buildings, machinery and equipment to food-safety standards.
- Control and document all company assets on site.
- Client management and interaction.
- Management of marketing activities when required.

2. Logistics

- Manage distribution of produce to customers.
- Ensure company vehicle checks are kept up to date.
- Manage sub-contractors.

3. Production
- Ordering, receiving and issuing of bulk raw materials.
- Management of production process
- Production optimization to ensure sustainability of operation
- Have a tactical hands-on approach to problems arising from the production process.

4. Human resources
- Manage all admin activities
- Plan and manage utilisation of labour force during the year.
- Ensure all employees are inducted and maintain all health and safety procedures.
- Ensure that employees are issued with protective and other clothing
- Ensure that all employee records are kept up to date.

A minimum of 5 years management experience is a must. Multilingual candidates are preferred. Candidates should currently reside in Pretoria.
