FACTORY MANAGER
Salary: R20 000 negotiable depending on experience
Area: Northern Suburbs
Duties:
• Management of Production Activities – planning ahead for production
• Maintenance Management
• Health and Safety Management within the Factory
• Housekeeping within the factory (waste control, cleaning of yard)
• Quality Management
• Staff Management
Requirements:
• Min 5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing concern in similar position
• Preferable in age group 30 – 45 as you would grow into a Director position
• Must take ownership of duties and projects running
• Hands-on within the factory (80% in factory 20% in office)
• Must be able to communicate on all levels
• Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• Own transport
