Factory Shop Merchandiser

• Ensure adequate stocking and presentation of shelves
• Ensure food safety compliance
• Assisting in management of stock holding
• House-keeping
• Maintains stock levels
• Restocking of shelves to ensure attractiveness of visual display
• Applying the FIFO policy by rotating stock regularly
• Returning expired / damaged stock to branch for disposal in accordance with company policy
• Accurately labelling shelves and products
• All shelves to be accurately labelled with Shelf talkers with pricing at all times
• Assisting customers as required
• Assisting with the building of visual displays
• Responsible to keep the store room, office, windows, kitchen, ablutions and shop floor clean, dust the shelves & product
• Stock control and ordering of the cleaning chemicals and store these in line with food safety procedures
• Ensure Coffee, tea and Water is available with clean cups.
• Ensure replenishment of the refreshments
