FINGER JOINT SUPERVISOR, SABIE, RNEG + BEN

• Grade 12 and/or equivalent;
• National Diploma/BTech in Wood technology.
Work Experience:
• 2-3 years Finger Joint Experience;
• Experience managing people.
• Good technical insight;
• Must be willing to work shifts;
• Must be able to work under pressure;
• Good communication and people skills
POSITION OBJECTIVE The main objective of this position is to manage the day to day production at the Finger Joint Section.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Manage production in the Finger Joint Section;
• Manage quality in the Finger Joint Section;
• Manage employees on shift;
• Housekeeping practices;
• Follow and enforce Safety practices.
