Assist in maintaining the working state of the factory and the machines. Assisting in ensuring that productivity is at its maximum and breakdowns to the minimum. Ensuring food safety standards is met at all times. Work closely with supervisors, set targets and quality of work is of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance in factory
• Servicing and maintaining machines and equipment in factory
• Performing preventative maintenance
• If required, building/welding/constructing/assembling of new machines
• Repair to old machines and production lines/conveyors
• Various maintenance related jobs
Requirements:
• Min. N3 diploma in fitting and turning
• Trade test completed
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience
• Be an all-rounder handyman
• Candidate can be stronger in fitting than turning
• Industrial experience advantageous
• Fault finding
• Factory environment and or food environment advantageous
• Own transport
• Willing to work shifts
