Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous (Retail Diploma)
• 2 to 3 store Assisttant Manager or Floor Manager or Visual Manager experience with a fashion retailer
Responsibilities
• People Management
• Merchandising, Customer Service and Sales
• Stock loss Control and prevention
• Strong visual Merchandising abilities
• Opening and Closing of Store
• Ability to lead motivates and develop staff essential
