FOOD Production Planner Bellville Cape Town

Our Food FMCG Manufacturing Client in Bellville is looking for a Production Planner with 1-2 years’ Experience as well as a Qualification.

Min Requirements
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Preferably Min 12 months of relevant work experience in food production industry, with an understanding of production process.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, SOP, Pest control and Bakery operation.
• Good computer knowledge specifically Excel and Proficient in SAP

• Daily SAP input of production figures
• Reconciliation of actual stock on floor against stock levels on production reports
• Confirm Balance of Production (opening and closing)
• Processing Production paperwork (mixing sheets, packing lists, waste sheets etc.)
• Downtime report Bun line input – SAP, Daily waste summaries on Bun line and Internal orders transfers - CPT to PTA
• Compile weekly / monthly waste and efficiency graphs with Plant Manager
• Compile orders daily and Draft daily production planning and Ensure production admin is kept up to date
• Compile weekly cycle variance with Plant Manager and Check random stock daily and identify irregularities
• Compile shift lists and attendance registers with Production Supervisors
