Footwear Buyer – Cape Town - PS00814

My client a leader in the fashion industry is looking for an experienced Footwear Buyer to work at their Head Office in Cape Town
Minimum Requirements:
• A relevant qualification in Fashion, Textile Design /Clothing Production/ Product Development /Merchandising, or a related field would be an advantage
• 5 years’ work experience as a footwear retail buyer in infants shoes
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Own Vehicle- Must be prepared to travel overseas
Duties include:
• Performance Analysis
• Plan supplies input in terms of trends to establish strategic merchandise and assortment plans.
• Merchandise procurement at best value.
• Merchandise Reviews.
• Prepare and present representative merchandise assortment, which reflect total buy.
• Internal/ External Customer Service
