Founded in 1996, our client, a prestigious HR and Remuneration Management Consultancy operating nationally seeks a goal driven and independent thinking individual with proven in-depth business skills. You will report to an Executive Director and assume accountability for business development and client delivery in the Eastern Cape. (Includes existing client base).

Key competencies & requirements include:

? Must reside in the Port Elizabeth area (non-negotiable)
? Commercial degree with 10 years’ experience including HR Consulting
? Sound knowledge in HR disciplines
? Proven ability at building working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at executive level,
? Business development skills including networking & presenting at Board level,
? Project management capability
? MS Office suite proficiency

Contract based with flexible working hours and earning potential of between R60K – R120K per month.
