This fast growing company is looking for a GM for their new branch in JHB. Report to the directors of this company, specialising in harvesting the energy from wood burning boiler stoves and fireplaces to heat.
QUALIFICATION:
• Post Matric qualification – Operations Management/Business Management or similar
• 5 years min Operation Management experience gained with in a Construction or similar environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take responsibility for the administrative management, financial management, sales & service, supervision, public relations, profitability and marketing management of the company.
• Supervision such as develops and communicates with cooperative policies, goals and results, helping the employee team and provide solutions for day to day problems & support cooperative policies.
• Have a capability to improve management system of company by recruiting, selecting, training, coaching & counselling programmes.
• Bring discipline in the sales team and develop their communication skills, strategies, planning, forecasting Monitoring projects
EXPERIENCE
• Business Management / Engineering Degree or Diploma
• Sales environment experience
• 10 years General Management experience gained in a medium size company
• Dynamic
• Sales driven
• Ability to motivate and inspire other people
