A national Civil and Financial giant is urgently looking for a (EE) General Manager for the Operations Division.

To coordinate all branch operations functions in the region to ensure smooth, efficient and effective services in delivering the best customer experience. To ensure optimal provision of resources (staffing, tools, etc.) into positioning the branches to deliver quality service. In Addition oversees VBS corporate offices.

Education
Minimum: Commercial Degree with a Masters or MBA

Desired: Commercial Degree with a Masters or MBA

Experience
Minimum: 5 -8 Years with Five Years managerial experience

Desired: 5 - 8 Years with Five Years managerial experience and Retail banking experience

Responsibilities
? Ensure that branches are operational, efficient and represent the organisation's standards
? Overall responsibility for all client interaction channels of branches, mobile and internet
? Ensure there is compliance within the branches, through policies and procedures
? Has customer service responsibilities and ensures high quality service
? Collaborates closely with Information Technology (IT) to enhance
? for opportunities to expand branches thus increasing market share
? Identify and motivate resources suitable for the branches in collaboration with Human Resources (HR)
? Responsible for negotiating certain contracts
? Monitors the performance management system and tracks team’s performance
? Ensure staff at branches are motivated and follow policies and procedures
? Ensure staff at branches are trained
? Oversee the facilities manager for the organisation's corporate office campus
