An exciting opportunity is immediately available in Paarl at a leading manufacturing Meat plant for a General Manager. The successful candidate will have to oversee all departments and ensure operations are functioning at the optimum level. Manage all managers in the various departments and report all HR, operations issues, compliance issues and related issues to the CEO:
o Production and Packaging
o Dispatch
o Cold Store
o Logistics of company
o Health and Safety Standards
o Sound knowledge of Pastel Evolution and Excel

A minimum of 5 years experience in General Management of a manufacturing operation preferably in the meat industry. A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
