- Generate new identified target leads
- Initiate and manage effective relationships with developed leads on a continuous basis
- Highlight the established goals, areas of expertise and brand value of Power2U during business interactions
- Establish potential client needs and requirements and ensure that this matches their capabilities
- Research industry trends to recognize upcoming trends and growing market opportunities for the UK & European market
- Determine the best approach to deliver a pitch and establish key deliverables for client presentations
- Present oral and written reports summarizing new business activity, defining growth strategy, highlighting problems, and establishing resolutions to appropriate company leadership

Requirements for this German speaking Project Manager job in Cape Town, South Africa:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication in both English and German (Able to read, write and speak)
- A bachelor’s degree and 3 – 5 years of sales and marketing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of problems
- PC literate with Microsoft packages to advanced standards
- Analytical and entrepreneurial approach
