To effectively manage and influence the strategic direction and approach of the company’s financial management in a manner which ensures appropriate timing of revenue recognition and tax management optimisation within the current and future legislative framework.
To effectively manage current and future capital adequacy and funding requirements of the Group.
To compile manage and formulate the groups 3 year financial budget as proposed by the various BU’s and effectively track and report financial performance against the agreed plan
To effectively manage the organisation’s financial and facilities resources and requirement

Education & Experience

Must be a CA
10 years post articles with previous experience in a CFO Executive role
