HOSPITAL SALES MANAGER- GAUTENG

A leading Multinational company has a position for a Sales Manager in the Hospital division.
The successful incumbent will be overseeing 8 Representatives nationally based in Gauteng.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Three (3) years Sales Management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with successful sales track record
• Knowledge of healthcare environment – Go To Market Channels
• Knowledge of the Therapeutic areas (Pain and Inflammatory) is preferred
Business Skills:
• Strong leader with solid examples of building effective teams and coaching individuals towards higher performance
• Ability in influencing a broad range of stakeholders through credible, clear and logical communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of people management – motivation, coaching and development
• Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships with different cultures to influence; networking skills; strong customer focus (e.g., ability to achieve win/win resolutions with key stakeholders)
• Commercially astute with strong business acumen and computer literacy
• Proven experience in execution – ability to bring strategy and analysis to a tactical level and get projects started and drive to completion
• Negotiation skills – internal and external
