Reporting to the HR Manager this position requires a candidate with at least a Diploma / degree and 2 years of administration experience. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with excellent communication skills will secure.
Duties includes but not limited to:
• General HR Administration
• Ensuring contracts are up to date and supporting documents attached
• Capturing information on payroll system and ensuring information correct.
• Dealing with all payroll related issues and ensuring information is process
• Compiling of reports (recruitment; HR Progress; Employee status; Work permits etc)
• Assist with advertising (monitoring ads; capturing applications; all relevant admin)
