A fantastic opportunity available for an HR Administrator with a leading property and investment company with offices based in the Johannesburg North area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• National Diploma in HR related course
• 2 years HR administrator experience

Functions:

Full Recruitment function

• Update the recruitment spreadsheet
• Assists with the consolidation of CVs received
• Responsible for compiling of interview paperwork
• Responsible for arranging appropriate skills tests and assessments.

General HR administration

• Liaise with IT and Heads of division regarding employees new or terminated to add or remove them from mailing system.
• Liaise with employees on maintaining personal records of employees
• Create new employee files and do follow ups
• Close off all terminated employees’ files and do follow ups
• Ensuring leave records for all employees are updated regularly and accurately
• Update divisional organograms monthly.
• Educate employees by means of Induction programme about standard procedures, policies and practices of the company.

Finance and payroll

• Preparation of payment requisitions
• Monitors the expenditure against the budget and ensure that spending occurs within the budgetary restrictions.
• Responsible for accurate processing of payroll function of the centres
• Assist employees in making informed choices about medical aid and Provident fund forms and ensure all details are correct and applications is successful

Training and development

• Consolidates departmental training plans into a company-wide training plan.
• Implements a training register.
• Incorporates a training evaluation/feedback section in the training register.

Employee Wellness Programmes

• Liaise with service providers to coordinate employee wellness activities.
• Facilitate counselling and coaching for employees.
• Manage the Employee Assistance programme for centres.
