HR Administrator - Kruger National Park
We are looking for an experienced HR ADMINISTRATOR to join the team of this beautiful, luxury lodge located in Dabi Sands Game Reserve.
You will manage all HR Administration aspects of the Lodge, with focus on the staff wellbeing, promoting the Company’s Purpose & Values, maintaining the “at home” personal attention levels and supporting the efficient, effective and professional management of all departments.
Key Focus Areas for this job:
Drive and monitor correct processes relating to counselling, disciplinary/grievance procedures and annual negotiations;
Monitor and accurately record all leave processes, ensuring the correct documentation;
Run processes of recording, monitoring and reporting on overtime;
Compile, maintain and audit all HR administrative documentation;
Drive and run induction and exit processes;
Ensure procedures relating to H&S and security are being practiced and adhered to, including Injuries on duty and Workmen’s compensation;
Assist in the review of department structures;
Secretary for EE Committee;
Ensure effective administration of training programs for staff
Oversee recruitment and interviewing processes;
Staff and Community Liaison;
Co-ordinate an effective and efficient payroll management;
Support the maintenance of discipline in accordance with Company’s standards;
Requirements – Qualifications and Skills:
Grade 12 /NQF Level 4 (essential)
Formal HR qualification – Diploma/Degree;
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
Working knowledge of SA legislation: BCEA; EEA; LRA; SDA
Ability to work accurately under pressure
High numeric ability
Experience with payroll administration
Basic salary negotiable, depending on skills and experience
