Qualifications
? A Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related quantitative field ;
? Master’s degree preferred
Experience / Skills
? A minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in metrics, analytics, or other data-focused areas
? Experience with HRIS systems.
? Expert in Microsoft Office software
? Expertise in statistical data software and reporting tools
? Strong quantitative and analytical skills
? Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, HR business processes and terminology
? Must demonstrate the ability to influence, lead, and manage change thoughtfully and positively; lead in a large, complex environment; and present complex information clearly.
