Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic HR administration
Updating spreadsheets
Accurate salary figures
Dealing with regional managers
New employee and contract and contract renewals
Drafting of warning letters
Sorting and distributing of payslips
Basic payroll
Ordering of new stock
Dealing with queries
New applications for employees regarding medical aid and provident fund
Ensure provident fund withdrawals are done on employees leaving
