HR professional, preferably with an HR qualification (Diploma, B.Tech or B Degree) and minimum 1 year experience in an HR Department, required to manage fixed term employment contracts.

Please note that this is an event based contract.

Previous fixed term employment contract experience essential.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• HR Diploma/B.Tech or B Degree highly advantageous
• Minimum 1-3 years experience within an HR Department essential
• Attention to detail essential
• Strong Excel skills – intermediate to advanced level essential

Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment – drafting adverts, advertising, short listing, arranging interviews, draft letters of appointment
• Maintain up to date list of active staff
• Liaise with department heads re changes in their regions
• Prepare payroll, reflecting all changes
• Maintain staff files
• Process leave forms
• Taking minutes when required
• Assist with data compilation of various statutory and internal reports
• Assist with onboarding process
• Assist with exit administration
• Assist HT Manager with various HR Projects
