Staff mentoring
General HR requirements
Staff discipline, growth and performance management
Attending CCMA hearings when and if necessary
Management of probationary periods
Quarterly incentive management
Employment equity management and all reporting requirements
Skills development (staff training - internal and external) SETA audits and reporting
Grievance admin should they occur
HR policies - maintenance and development
Workman's compensation
Building of corporate culture
Remuneration policy
BBBEE development, management, admin, collation of data for certification
