Human Resources Business Analyst (Contract)

We are urgently recruiting for an HR Subject Matter Expert to fill a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Analyst with an innovative public sector organisation.

Desired Skills & Experience
o Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management
o 6+ years HR Systems Analysis experience
o Experience of planning and executing HR data and people transition in organisational change programmes.
o Ability to adaptive and operate self sufficiently during high levels of change and uncertainty.
o Able to quickly comprehend and work with different systems/reporting programs.
o Can consolidate and manipulate large data sets in Excel to an advanced level e.g. by using nested formulae, pivot tables/charts and basic macros.
o Able to explain intricate concepts, data models and mathematical/technical operations to non-technical stakeholders.
o Good understanding of HR policies, practices and procedures.
o Basic understanding of financial forecasting/management terms.
o Strong delivery focus with the ability to meet tight deadlines and think analytically to arrive at pragmatic solutions.
o Experience of producing deliverables by working across teams/function.

o Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Pretoria
o Contract Duration: 9-12 Months
