Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - Honours Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology is essential
Must have at least 7 years HR Generalist / Organisational Development / Talent Management experience within a Financial Services environment
At least 3 years in a HR management role
Exposure to change management will be advantageous
