Position Summary

To partner with the business in attracting, developing, retaining and rewarding key staff and to provide appropriate HR solutions, thereby impacting positively on productivity, effectiveness and engagement in the workplace.

• ER with a focus on best practice and implementation
• Change Management
• Organisational Design
• Performance Management
• Learning and Development
• Talent Management
• HR Advisory services
• Compliance management
• Empowerment
• Organizational Development
• Human Resources Development
• Relationship Management
• Employee mobility within Africa
• Secondment of employees to various African countries

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Five (5) years plus experience as a HR generalist.
• Experience working within African countries preferential
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience with dealing
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken at all levels
• Recruitment, Negotiation & Conflict Management Skills
• Solid problem-solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work independently as well as work within teams
• Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with strong influencing skills
• Planning and organising skills
• Ability to use initiative
