HR Business Partner - Northern Suburbs (Winelands)

An award winning exporter and manufacturing concern, based in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, bordering the winelands, has a vacancy on their team for an HR Business Partner. They are a global organisation with a prominent footprint in South Africa. They have also grown substantially year on year, hence the reason for this vacancy. The HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with business leaders to facilitate the achievement of business objectives whilst maintaining accountability for the end-to-end delivery of HR services. They are also responsible for providing advice and support on a range of HR issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum post graduate qualification in HR

Functional/Technical Competencies:

• Experience in filling vacancies across all levels of a business
• Understanding of Performance Management and improvement processes
• Have successfully run payroll operations (especially VIP)
• Understanding of Learning and Development approaches
• Human Resources information systems understanding
• BCEA, Employment Equity, Labour Relations Act and Skills Development Act
• Human Resources and Company Policies and Procedures
• Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in HR role(s) in a manufacturing environment
• Have managed direct reports in previous roles
