HR related qualification
At least 3-5 years detailed administration experience including effective function coordination
SAP Experience

Regional HR reporting
Org management maintain
Recruitment input through SAP process and interface with payroll PTP Policy compliance
Employee master data maintain
Provide administration support to Talent Management Specialist, Employee Relations Specialist and Capability Specialist
Support the Employee Engagement regional plan
Sustain professional HR practices in line with best practice
Coordination of various HR regional activities.
