Looking for an HR Coordinator for Adventure Travel Company to provide HR services including contract preparation, maintenance of employee information, payroll, visa renewals and recruitment.

Experience required:
Qualifications in HR or Qualifications in a Business Discipline and an interest in Human Resources
Outstanding written and verbal skills in English
Previous administration experience (minimum 12 months)
Strong skills and experience with Microsoft Office products
A passion for travel
Previous experience of working with employment related regulations/laws
Previous experience of working with an HRIS or database system

Duties include:
Preparation of Employment contracts and coordination of HR induction process
Documentation for Leaders and other Crew
Maintain the Human Resources Information System and Employee files
Coordinate HR processes
Coordinate visas/processes/reporting related to foreign employees
Coordinate and support the leader recruitment process
Coordinate and support office recruitment processes
Coordinate Leader Training
