HR Generalist
An International Multi-Disciplinary Primary Healthcare Service provider who brings Care to the Community is expanding and looking to strengthen their HR capacity. The position requires an experienced individual who has the flexibility to travel to different provinces weekly. The position has been created to provide support to the HR Manager in the HR Function, assist in the recruitment of professional staff, administrative support to payroll.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to support project managers and staff across the board is required to be successful in this position. A well-spoken person with the ability to effectively communicate and enforce BCEA and Labour Relations rules is required.
A skilled all-rounder with a service oriented nature will suit the requirements.
Extensive travel required on a weekly basis.
A completed tertiary qualification and relevant experience is essential.
