Opportunity for a HR Generalist with the ability to work independently to join a dynamic Engineering Firm. Must be a self-starter who can hit the ground running and support management and employees across the full HR spectrum.
Responsibilities will include (but is not limited to):
• Talent Attraction and Recruitment
• On-boarding and Engagement
• HR Related Administration including employment contracts
• Weekly wages
• Payroll
• Benefit administration
• Termination processes
• Dealing with disciplinary matters and associated industrial relations
• Skills development facilitation and reporting, including annual training reports and WSP
• Performance management
• Ensuring compliance on all HR issues i.e. BCEA and LRA.
Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant degree
• Experience as HR Generalist/Manager
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at senior generalist level
• Own reliable transport
