Our Client, who is a mobile technology solutions provider and a full member of WASPA, based in Cape Town, has an exciting opportunity for a mid-level HR Generalist to join the team. The position requires a multi-skilled, motivated, success driven full-time candidate with a willingness to meet fast-paced deadlines.
This role would require the candidate to have a mix of skills and the candidate must be adaptable across all skills and be willing to learn and evolve as the role matures. Will suit someone who has a business flair, attention to detail, and strong people skills.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a highly skilled dynamic team that supports the business in a technically exciting and challenging industry.

Minimum applicants requirements as follows
Key skills and attributes:
? Relevant Hons HR Degree
? A minimum of 3- 5 HR generalist experience
? Experience managing a team
? Advanced MS Excel skills
? Sound knowledge of Employment Equity, Labour Relations, BCEA and all employment related legislation
? Strong numerical and administrative skills
? Self-motivated
? Ability to work independently, as well as actively contribute in team initiatives
? Prolific English writing skills
? Knowledge and interest in mobile marketing trends is a bonus
Duties:
? Responsible for recruitment activities such as, place adverts, interview applicants in partnership with line management.
? Ensure staff training needs are met in accordance with line management
? Be involved in HR projects
? Take ownership of HR regulatory areas such as disciplinary code, conflict resolution, grievance processes
? Represent the company at CCMA if necessary
? HR regulatory aspects: ensure workplace skills plan, employment equity and BBBEE compliance
? Manage payroll responsibilities
? Compile, analyse and interpret monthly HR reports
? Strong change management and organisation development skills
? Experience in HR Functional expertise (all related HR fields e.g. wellness, ee, remuneration, talent management, organizational culture etc.)
