Leading manufacturing firm is seeking an HR Officer that is responsible for supporting the HR Manager in performing all the HR activities.

This position will be a Contract position covering maternity leave.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Tertiary qualification
5 years’ experience within an HR Generalist role
Experience with VIP Payroll
Experience working with the MEIBC

Some duties – not limited to:

Recruitment and Selection
Arrange interviews.
Arrange and facilitate pre-employment assessments.
Training and development
Prepare the registration files of new employees.
Prepare all the necessary documentation for new starters
Arrange and attend Union meetings
Manage and coordinate BEE processes
Assist all other staff in the HR department on ad-hoc basis
